Number of Condominium Buildings Sold: 29

Our firm is credited for having started the high rise boom of Brickell which earned Alicia Cervera Sr. the title, “Queen of Brickell.” 

Since then, we have been responsible for numerous land deals and have exclusively represented the impressive number of 29 high-rises in the area. Cervera Real Estate continues to have a dominating presence in this dynamic neighborhood.

Downtown Miami

Number of Condominium Buildings Sold: 12

The firm was selected to represent One Miami, the first new residential condominium in the area. Since then, Cervera Real Estate has continued to represent numerous condominiums in Dowtown, including currently representing Aston Martin Residences Miami & Natiivo Miami.

Edgewater

Number of Condominium Buildings Sold: 9

In gentrifying the Edgewater in 2005, with its first high-rise, Quantum on the Bay, we actively participated in the resurgence of mainland Miami. 

To date, Cervera has represented the most distinguishable projects in these emerging neighborhoods, including Bay House and Biscayne Beach, which sold at highest price per square feet in the area.

South of Fifth

In the early ‘90s, South of Fifth was converted from a run-down community into one of the most valuable areas in the world. Alongside developers, Cervera’s strategic sales and marketing efforts contributed to this transformation. We exclusively represented 90% of the waterfront buildings South of Fifth and in the process, helped brand this exclusive area, which is now known as “SoFi.”

Our mark on Miami Beach extends from South Pointe all the way to Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles, having represented numerous landmark properties including the $1.1 billion sellout of the famous St. Regis Bal Harbour Residences.

Cervera has successfully represented and sold the vast majority of high-rise waterfront condominiums along South Bayshore Drive, including amongst others: the famous Ritz Carlton Hotel & Residences, Grovenor House, and Grove at Grand Bay, Grove Hill, The Grovenor House, The Ritz-Carlton Executive Residences and Tower Residences.
